ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED
MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
All "FLAT RATE SHIPPING" orders will be sent either by US Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS ground at our discretion. If you have a preference for shipping type, please note in the Comments Section during checkout.
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on your delivery location, standard shipping time is 5-10 business days.
Returned Items
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receiving your frames.
Should you wish to return any item please advise our Customer Services department at 1-855-773-5790. We can then advise you of the correct procedure.
Please note that any returned items should be in perfect condition totally unmarked as they were received. All products have to be returned with ALL original packaging, Authenticity Papers, Case, Cloth, And Warranty Card. We will NOT accept returns on used items.
All frames will have a 10% restocking fee. Any exchange will not have any fees. The return shipping must be paid by you.
Prescription Glasses and Sunglasses cannot be returned or refunded.
If this item is purchased with prescription lenses it will be classed as tailor made and therefore will not be returned for a refund. However we will refund the cost of the frame. If you believe that your prescription lenses were incorrectly produced in our lab, we will correct them at no additional cost to you.
Returning Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item please contact us our Customer Service at 1-855-773-5790 where we will assist you. One of our Customer Service agents will issue you with an RMA Ticket should the item require returning your purchase.
